Full Professor of the area of Financial and Tax Law. Director of the Private, Procedural and Financial Law Department since 2015. Director of the Customs Foundation Chair - URV of Customs Studies. Director of the Master of Customs Law of the URV. Coordinator of the training offer of business and Spanish language of the URV, for Chinese universities. Principal investigator (1) of the R & D project of the State Program for the Promotion of Scientific and Technical Research of Excellence, Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness: "Financial, tax and commercial aspects of co-housing" (DER2017-84726 -C3-3 -P). He has taught and conducted research stays in numerous state and foreign universities. Author of more than 100 scientific publications. Current line of research: taxation of transnational commerce.
