General Objectives:
1. To carry out an assessment of the application of the RSE by reviewing the case law of the CJEU and the Spanish judicial and registry case law (as well as that of other Member States).
2. To develop proposals for amendments to the RSE.
3. To identify good practices in order to advance the proper judicial and notarial application of the RSE.
