THE REVIEW OF REGULATION 650/2012, IN MATTERS OF SUCCESSION: APPLICATION ASSESSMENT AND PROPOSALS FOR AMENDMENTS

This project analyses the first ten years of application of Regulation (EU) No 650/2012 on successions, within the framework of the report that the European Commission must present in 2025. The aim is to identify the main challenges encountered and to formulate proposals for amendments that improve the functioning of the Regulation. The four‑year duration of the project will allow for in‑depth research, the dissemination of its results in specialised forums, and a significant contribution to the institutional debate on the future revision of the text.
