INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS "Legal challenges and care for children and women victims of violence: the Barnahus model, pre-constituted evidence and protection of victims of feminicide"

On 13 and 14 June 2024, the URV will host the International Conference "Legal Challenges and Care for Children and Women Victims of Violence: The Barnahus Model, Pre-Constituted Evidence and Protection for Victims of Femicide".

This Congress is one of the most important results of the Project "New Gender Challenges of Evidentiary Law" coordinated with the project "New Challenges of Probation Law". Project PID2020-115304GB-C22 is funded by MICIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033, which Professor Elisabet Cerrato Guri from the Department of Private, Procedural and Financial Law is the principal investigator.
