Albina Ladynenko
Is an Industrial PhD Researcher at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Tarragona, within a joint project with the Port Authority of Tarragona. Since 2024, she has been conducting doctoral research in maritime and insurance law, focused on the analysis of risks in port operations and the coordination of insurance coverage. She has previous academic and teaching experience in international, maritime, and insurance law, having taught for more than 15 years at the National University 'Odesa Law Academy', and currently as a lecturer in International Trade Law at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the URV. She actively participates in international research projects and academic conferences. Her research interests include maritime and port law, insurance law, risk management, carrier liability, and comparative law. Her work emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach and knowledge transfer between academia and practice.
